The Rev. N.V.Halward, the Chief Commissioner of the Boys Scouts&#8217; Association (South) was unable to attend, being indisposed.<br>The following competitions were held:- Whipping the end of rope; Making a fire and boiling a pint of water; Morse signalling; Kims game and a Troop competition.<br>The troops competitions saw teams of 12 scouts building a leanto shelter, flag staff and tripod entirely out of staves. At the end each team was compelled to fly a flag from its flag staff.<br>The final Rally, which will be held on December 1 at Sai Wan, will decide the winner of the banner.<br>The troops present were:- 1st. Hong Kong Sea Scout; 2nd H.K.; 7th. H.K.; 10th. H.K.; 13th. H.K.; 15th. H.K.; 1st. Kowloon; 5th. Kowloon; 6th. Kowloon and 11th. Kowloon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ffb\u8b6f\uff1a<br><br>\u7ae5\u8ecd\u6bd4\u8cfd<br>\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u592a\u5b50\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd<br><br>\u672c\u5730\u6700\u5927\u578b\u7684\u7ae5\u8ecd\u6bd4\u8cfd\u5df2\u65bc\u9031\u516d\u5728\u4e5d\u9f8d\u8209\u884c\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u9999\u6e2f\u4e5d\u9f8d10\u500b\u968a\u4f0d\u8d85\u904e260\u540d\u7ae5\u8ecd\u96c6\u805a\u8056\u5b89\u5fb7\u70c8\u5802\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u592a\u5b50\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd\u3002<br>\u7f72\u7406\u7e3d\u76e3\u65c5\u9577(Scoutmaster)\u675c\u99ac(R.Dormer)\u662f\u7576\u65e5\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\uff0c\u7c73\u5207\u723e\u5148\u751f(Mr. S.Mitchell)\u70ba\u7e3d\u8a55\u5224\uff0c\u81f3\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u5357\u5340\u7e3d\u76e3\u4faf\u5229\u83ef\u7267\u5e2b(Rev.
