The competition is the first of three to take place this year.<br>The various troops were inspected by the local Scout Commissioner, the Rev. N.V.Halward, Paymaster Commander K.Lawder, O.B.E., R.N., of the Deep Sea Scouts, was the judge.<br>The competition consisted of four events comprising ambulance work, uses of the scout stave, deduction, and a compass test. The competing troops were also required to give a five minute entertainment each. For this event a team of six boys from each troop was allowed, and in the other events a team of four boys were drawn from each troop.<br>The troops present were, the Sea Scouts; 1st Hongkong Troop (St. Joseph&#8217;s); 2nd Hongkong Troop (Cathedral R.C.); 4th Hongkong Troop (Murray Barracks); 7th Hongkong Troop (King&#8217;s ColIege); 10th Hongkong (St. Paul&#8217;s College); 13th Hongkong Troop (no official name); 15th Hongkong Troop (Wah Yan College); 1st Kowloon Troop (St. Andrew&#8217;s); 4th Kowloon Troop (Garrison); 5th Kowloon Troop (Roving Fifth); 6th Kowloon Troop (Diocesan Boys&#8217; School); and 11th Kowloon Troop (Wah Yan College.)<br>The results of the tests have yet to be worked out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ae5\u5b50\u8ecd\u6bd4\u8cfd<br>\u722d\u596a\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u592a\u5b50\u9326\u6a19<br><br>\u9031\u516d\u4e0b\u5348\u7684\u7fa9\u52c7\u9632\u885b\u8ecd\u7e3d\u90e8\uff0c\u8209\u884c\u4e86\u7ae5\u8ecd\u968a\u969b\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u592a\u5b50\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd\uff0c\u662f\u6b21\u6bd4\u8cfd\u70ba\u672c\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e09\u5834\u6bd4\u8cfd\u4e4b\u9996\u5834\u3002<br>\u5404\u968a\u4f0d\u7531\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u7e3d\u76e3\u4faf\u5229\u83ef\u7267\u5e2b(Rev.
