The Headmaster (Mr. A.Morris) stated, in his annual report, that the average attendance at the school was 319; the school was full throughout the year, and several hundred applicants were unable to secure admission. Several classes maintained an unbroken record of attendance for six consecutive weeks, and ninety-three boys, &#8211; one quarter of the entire School, &#8211; made full attendance for the year.<br>The general standard of efficiency had been maintained: Map Drawing, English Conversation and Composition were particularly well taught and the school was used regularly as a Training School by the University education undergraduates. In sports the School had done well. A Troop of Boy Scouts, numbering 50, had been formed, the uniform and equipment being provided by the generosity of Mr. Ho Kom Tong.
