\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u7e3d\u6703-\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u6210\u7acb\u65bc1961\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u7e3d\u6703\u5728\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e4b\u524d\u7dda\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u9818\u5c0e\u3001\u76e3\u7763\u3001\u6307\u5f15\u53ca\u652f\u6301\u5340\u5167\u7ae5\u8ecd\u65c5\u3002
Scout Association of Hong Kong – Hong Kong Island Western District was established in 1st May 1961, which is a frontline formation of the Scout Association of Hong Kong providing leadership, supervision, advice and support for Scout Groups within western Hong Kong Island in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u904b\u52d5\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u81f31921\u5e74\u3002\u7576\u6642\u6709\u7531\u897f\u71df\u76e4\u66f8\u9662(\u4eca\u82f1\u7687\u66f8\u9662)\u4e3b\u8fa6\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u7b2c7\u65c5(\u4eca\u6e2f\u5cf6\u7b2c5\u65c5)\uff0c\u8056\u4fdd\u7f85\u66f8\u9662\u4e3b\u8fa6\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u7b2c10\u65c5(\u4eca\u6e2f\u5cf6\u7b2c10\u65c5)\u6d3b\u8e8d\u65bc\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u3002
The Scout movement at the Western Hong Kong Island can be traced back to 1921. At that time the 7th Hong Kong Group (now the 5th Hong Kong Group) host by the Saiyingpun School (now the King’s College), and the 10th Hong Kong Group host by the St. Paul’s College were on active services at Western Hong Kong Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u81f31929\u5e74\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u5b50\u8ecd\u7e3d\u6703\u8a2d\u7acb\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5340\u76e3\u7763\u7ae5\u8ecd\u65c5\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u6e2f\u5cf6\u53ca\u96e2\u5cf6\u5c6c\u9999\u6e2f\u5340\u3002\u53ca\u5f8c\u65bc1951\u5e74\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u5340\u518d\u5283\u5206\u70ba\u6e2f\u5cf6\u6771\u90e8\u7684\u9ec3\u6ce5\u6d8c\u5340\uff0c\u53ca\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u90e8\u53ca\u96e2\u5cf6\u7684\u57df\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u5340\u3002\u7576\u6642\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u904b\u52d5\u5df2\u767c\u5c55\u81f3\u670911\u500b\u7ae5\u8ecd\u65c5\u3002
In 1929, the Boy Scout Association (Hong Kong Branch) set up Scout Districts to supervise the Scout Groups, whole Hong Kong Island and outlying islands belongs to the Hong Kong District. Later in 1951, the Hong Kong District was subdivided as the Wong Nei Chong District for the eastern Hong Kong Island, and the Victoria District for the western Hong Kong Island and outlying islands. At that time the Scout movement of western Hong Kong Island had growth to 11 Scout Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u81f31961\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u5b50\u8ecd\u7e3d\u6703\u518d\u5206\u62c6\u57df\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u5340\u70ba3\u500b\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5340\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u662f\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u3001\u7dad\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u57ce\u5340\u3001\u9577\u6d32\u5340(\u4eca\u96e2\u5cf6\u5340)\u3002\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u754c\u7dda\u70ba\u6771\u908a\u8857\u4ee5\u897f\u59cb\u81f3\u9999\u6e2f\u4ed4\u53ca\u9ec3\u7af9\u5751\u3002\u81f31982\u5e74\uff0c\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u767c\u5c55\u81f333\u500b\u7ae5\u8ecd\u65c5\u3002\u70ba\u4f5c\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u7e3d\u6703\u65bc1983\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u5c07\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u5357\u90e8\u53ca\u7b72\u7b95\u7063\u5340\u5357\u90e8\u5283\u51fa\u7d44\u6210\u6e2f\u5cf6\u5357\u5340\uff0c\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u754c\u7dda\u81ea\u6b64\u6539\u70ba\u6b63\u8857\u4ee5\u897f\u59cb\u81f3\u5805\u5c3c\u5730\u57ce\u3002
In 1st May 1961, the Boy Scout Association (Hong Kong Branch) subdivided Victoria District into 3 Scout Districts, which are Hong Kong Island Western District, Victoria City District, Cheung Chau District (now the Islands District). The boundary of Hong Kong Island Western District starts form the West of Eastern Street to Aberdeen and Wong Chuk Hang. In 1982, the District has been developed to 33 Scout Groups. For a more sufficient management, the Scout Association of Hong Kong formed the Hong Kong Island Southern District in 1st Jan 1983 which are the Southern part of the Hong Kong Island Western District and the Southern part of the Shau Kei Wan District, the District boundary amended and starts from the West of Centre Street to Kennedy Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u73fe\u7531\u6e2f\u5cf6\u5730\u57df\u7ba1\u8f44\u30022024\u5e74\uff0c\u6e2f\u5cf6\u897f\u5340\u4e0b\u8f4421\u500b\u7ae5\u8ecd\u65c5\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u67099\u500b\u5c0f\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5718\u300113\u500b\u5e7c\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5718\u300110\u500b\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5718\u30018\u500b\u6df1\u8cc7\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5718\u30012\u500b\u6a02\u884c\u7ae5\u8ecd\u5718\u3002
The District is now under Hong Kong Island Region’s domination. In 2024, Hong Kong Island Western District supervise 21 Scout Groups, which have 9 Grasshopper Scout Rings, 13 Cub Scout Packs, 10 Scout Troops, 8 Venture Scout Units, and 2 Rover Scout Crews.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
